Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Appreciate the time and resources being put into this development.
  • How many entrances are there?
  • Curious about why the entire development is gated?
  • Suggest a less invasive species, the rose of sharon is very invasive.
  • Suggest moving the fence line on the E. 45th side behind the landscape treatment.
  • Consider studying the types of fencing being used, the location of the fence lines, how they are being used, and the perception it is giving off in the community.
  • Curious about the canopy over the west entry, the fenestration, and the "chimneys".  These may be percevied as more commercial or hospital-like.

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • What are the sizes of the structural brick?
  • Curious about the need for the 6ft fence along the residential frontage.  Can a 4ft fence serve the same purpose?
